Flagstaff, AZ – Do-it-yourself electric car conversions are on the rise worldwide. Some people do it for environmental reasons...some do it because they like to tinker. And, others do it because they love the car they're already driving and have no intention of giving it up. Arizona Public Radio's Gillian Ferris Kohl reports.
