Possible Drowning in Lake Mohave

Flagstaff, AZ – The National Park Service is expected today to resume its search in Lake Mohave for a missing California man. The Park Service says it received a report yesterday afternoon of a possible drowning near Eighty Three Dollar Cove. Park rangers, the Nevada Department of Wildlife and water rescue crews have been searching the area since the report. They're looking for a 50 year old man from Lawndale, California. According to witnesses, the man jumped into the water to retrieve a hat. But, he never resurfaced. Witnesses also say the man was not wearing a lifejacket.
