KNAU's new monthly series of book reviews with Flagstaff author and Northern
Arizona University professor Ann Cummins. Every month Cummins will review books
about Arizona and the Four Corners region that evoke the rich landscapes and
cultures of the southwest.

| Ann Cummins |
Ann Cummins is Professor of Creative Writing at Northern Arizona University. She has published stories in The New Yorker, McSweeney’s, Antioch Review, and elsewhere; her fiction has been anthologized in a variety of series including The Best American Short Stories, The Prentice Hall Anthology of Women’s Literature, and The Anchor Book of New American Short Stories. A 2002 recipient of a Lannan Foundation Literary Fellowship, she is the author of the short story collection Red Ant House, (Houghton Mifflin, spring, 2003) and the novel Yellowcake (Houghton Mifflin, 2007).

If you would like your book reviewed by Ann Cummins, here are some guidelines to keep in mind. The book should be based in the southwest or the author should have significant southwest ties. It does not have to be a new release but it should have literary merit. We are not accepting self-published books at this time. If your book meets these requirements, please provide us with a review copy. Thank you!
