'Alias' Star Touts CIA Life

Actress Jennifer Garner appeared last week on the Web site of the Central Intelligence Agency. Garner plays a CIA case officer in the ABC show Alias. Her video encourages people to consider a career at the CIA. NPR's Robert Siegel takes us on an audio tour of the CIA's recruitment Web site where, with the help of NPR's Frank Tavares, we hear about exciting job opportunities at the agency.

With 40 years of experience working in radio news, Siegel hosted the country's most-listened-to, afternoon-drive-time news radio program and reported on stories and happenings all over the globe, and reported from a variety of locations across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia. He signed off in his final broadcast of All Things Considered on January 5, 2018.
