'Shoshana' Film Premiere

'Shoshana' Film Premiere

The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present the Northern Arizona premiere of “Shoshana” showing July 25-31 at the Alice Gill-Sheldon Theatre.

From acclaimed director Michael Winterbottom comes the critically acclaimed drama “Shoshana”.

In this edge-of-your-seat thriller inspired by real events, a British police officer and a Jewish woman fall in love amidst the political turmoil of 1930s Tel Aviv. With British control over Palestine precarious and conflict inevitable, everyone is forced to choose a side.

“An intelligent romantic thriller.” — The Guardian

“A deft exploration of love and activism.” — The Hollywood Reporter

“A timely look at the birth of Israel.” — The Standard
