Judge Denies Trump's Request To Seal Evidence In AZ Ballot Lawsuit

An Arizona Superior Court Judge has denied a request by President Trump to seal evidence in a lawsuit alleging election fraud by poll workers in Maricopa County.

According to the Arizona Republic, Trump’s team claimed workers “incorrectly rejected” ballots on Election Day. However, Judge Daniel Kiley refused Trump’s allegations, saying he agreed with election officials that the public, quote, “has a right to know how flimsy [the] Plaintiffs’ evidence actually is.” Although there are still a few thousand ballots left to count, President-elect Joe Biden currently retains a lead over President Trump of more than 14,000 votes.
