Rumsfeld Urges Iraqi Leaders to Avoid Delays

Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld meets with the country's new leaders and U.S. military officials in a surprise visit to Iraq. He urges newly named President Jalal Talabani and Prime Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari to work quickly to form a new government and to quell the insurgency.
