Governor Ducey Signs Public Health Funding Bill In Wake Of Coronavirus Outbreak

Governor Doug Ducey has signed legislation that will appropriate 55-million dollars to the Public Health Emergency Fund to support Arizona’s efforts to combat the continued spread of COVID-19.

It was introduced by Senator Kate Brophy McGee Governor Ducey says the bill would help ensure the state continues to be proactive and ensure our health officials have all resources necessary.

On Wednesday, Governor Ducey issued a Declaration of Emergency and an Executive Order to provide health officials and administrators with tools and guidance necessary to combat the continued spread of COVID-19.
