Both U.S. presidential campaigns today made what could be their final visits to Arizona with less than a week to go before the Nov. 3 general election.

Vice Presidential Democratic candidate Kamala Harris spoke outdoors in Tucson to attendees who remained in their cars and honked in place of applause. She blasted President Trump’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and addressed several other topics.

Meanwhile, President Trump held a concurrent rally in Bullhead City in front of a large outdoor crowd. He appealed to Latinos and also criticized Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on multiple issues.

Democrat and former Vice President Joe Biden currently leads President Trump in Arizona by about 3%, according to recent polling. The last time Arizona voted for a Democratic presidential candidate was in 1996 when Bill Clinton carried the state over Republican Bob Dole by just over 2%.
