KNAU

The Navajo Nation will again impose a 57 hour curfew beginning tonight at sundown and lifting Monday morning at sunrise due to the surge of coronavirus cases across Arizona.

The Navajo Nation reports more than 100 new cases of COVID-19 and I known death as of last night. Nearly 3,900 people have reportedly recovered from the virus. Yesterday, the Navajo Nation Council passed legislation to begin using $600 million in CARES Act funds to fight the pandemic.
