A court ruling says Arizona’s law making it a crime to commit aggravated assault is not unconstitutionally vague.

A state appellate court has overturned rulings by a trial court and dismissed a lawsuit stemming from a cross-median crash that killed two women on Interstate 10 in southern Arizona in 2008.

The Arizona Court of Appeals has upheld Jodi Arias’ first-degree murder conviction and life prison sentence in the 2008 killing of her former boyfriend.

Attorneys for a former Northern Arizona University student are asking the state Court of Appeals to dismiss a first-degree murder charge against their client.  A Coconino County judge rejected the bid last month.


The Arizona Supreme Court has revised its rule restricting photography and recording video at appellate courts.
