Governor Doug Ducey has signed legislation that will charge hospitals a new fee but bring them higher Medicaid payments in return.

Governor Doug Ducey has temporarily halted the enforcement of eviction action orders for renters impacted by COVID-19. He issued an executive order Tuesday and it applies to renters who are quarantining because of COVID-19 or are facing economic hardship as a result of the outbreak.

Some municipal leaders have criticized Governor Doug Ducey over his decision to classify some businesses like golf courses as “essential" during the coronavirus pandemic.
