Democratic presidential front-runners Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders will debate as scheduled Sunday in Phoenix amid the coronavirus outbreak — but without a live audience because of the potential spread of COVID-19.

Early voting has started in Arizona's Democratic presidential preference election with the mailing of more than 900,000 ballots to those who signed up to vote by mail. The four-week election period that began Wednesday ends on March 17.

Arizona elections officials say time is running out to register to vote in the state's Presidential Preference Election on March 17, 2020.   The deadline to register is before midnight on Tuesday, February 18th.
