Flagstaff, AZ – The Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra's artistic director and principal conductor is stepping down at the end of this season. During Randall Craig Fleischer's tenure, the FSO experienced serious financial troubles but also artistic success. Arizona Public Radio's Geoff Norcross reports.
