Flagstaff, AZ – Arizona has never had so many residents without jobs. And many Arizonans who apply for unemployment insurance benefits are waiting several weeks and sometimes months to receive money. Arizona Public Radio's Laurel Morales spoke with Pat Harrington at the Department of Economic Security. He admits the agency's struggling to keep up with the demand.
