Flagstaff considers rainwater harvesting ordinance

Flagstaff, AZ – Flagstaff officials are exploring a rainwater harvesting ordinance similar to Tucson's. Last year Tucson became the first city in the country to require new commercial buildings to harvest rainwater for their landscaping. Arizona Public Radio's Laurel Morales reports.
