NATO's Transformation Summit

President Bush today traveled from Prague to St. Petersburg, Russia, for the close of NATO's transformation summit. This is the first time a meeting of all NATO leaders was held behind the old Iron Curtain. Yesterday the Atlantic alliance invited seven East European countries into its ranks. Today's proceedings focused on NATO's relations with Russia. NPR's Guy Raz is in Prague.
