Halliburton Announces Asbestos Settlement

The Halliburton Co. announces a tentative agreement to settle existing and future asbestos claims. The company once headed by Vice President Dick Cheney would establish a $4 billion fund to settle about 300,000 cases. NPR's Jack Speer reports.
