'A Streetcar Named Desire' from National Theatre of London
The National Theatre of London continues its season with its acclaimed encore production of “A Streetcar Named Desire” showing in Sedona on Tuesday and Sunday, June 17 and 22.
The Sedona International Film Festival hosts the big screen return at its Alice Gill-Sheldon Theatre.
Gillian Anderson, Vanessa Kirby and Ben Foster lead the cast in Tennessee Williams’ timeless masterpiece “A Streetcar Named Desire”, returning to cinemas.
As Blanche’s fragile world crumbles, she turns to her sister Stella for solace – but her downward spiral brings her face to face with the brutal, unforgiving Stanley Kowalski.
From visionary director Benedict Andrews, this acclaimed production was filmed live during a sold-out run at the Young Vic Theatre in 2014.
