'Audrey's Children' Film Premiere

'Audrey's Children' Film Premiere

The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present the Northern Arizona premiere of “Audrey’s Children” showing May 2-8 at the Alice Gill-Sheldon Theatre.

They said it can’t be done. She said we’ll see about that.

“Audrey’s Children” is the untold true story of Dr. Audrey Evans (Natalie Dormer), who is recruited to an elite children’s hospital in 1969 as the first female to head her department.

Frustrated with the futility of current therapies and refusing to accept more can’t be done for her patients, she pioneers revolutionary life-saving treatments and co-founds the first Ronald McDonald House.

A trailblazer with a relentless spirit, Dr. Evans' fight for change redefined medicine and continues to impact millions of lives.

“Audrey’s Children” will be shown at the Alice Gill-Sheldon Theatre May 2-8. Showtimes will be Friday and Saturday, May 2 and 3 at 3:30 p.m.; Sunday, May 4 at 1:00 p.m.; and Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, May 5, 6 and 8 at 6:30 p.m.

Tickets are $12 general admission, or $9 for Film Festival members. For tickets and more information, please call 928-282-1177. Both the theatre and film festival office are located at 2030 W. Hwy. 89A, in West Sedona. For more information, visit: www.SedonaFilmFestival.org.
