Many companies already monitor and adjust budgets, but in this workshop patrons will learn different types of budgets (operating, cash, and capital), and will learn to set realistic sales and expense forecasts. With the tools and techniques to track budgets (Microsoft Excel or financial software), businesses will be more prepared to set budgets that meet their needs. Registration is required.
