The Program Year 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) regarding the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and other federal funds is available for public review and comment.

The CAPER outlines Flagstaff’s performance in accomplishing the objectives of the 2021-2025 Consolidated Plan in the use of CDBG funds. Included in the CAPER is the amount of funds expended to provide the programs set forth in the 2023 Annual Action Plan, the source of the funds, and the number of persons or households assisted.

Please come virtually or in-person to City Hall Council Chambers on Wednesday, September 18th, 2024, at 2:00 PM to deliver your comments on the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).
