Bring you young piano lovers for exposure to some brilliant young piano players! Come for the entire competition, or just an hour!

What is the competition exactly?

All pre-college students who attend the FPF Academy perform in the FPF Competition.  They may choose to compete for a prize, performing two or more contrasting solo pieces from memory, or to perform for judges’ comments only, performing one or more solo pieces from memory. During this concert the awards will be distributed from the competition which took place earlier in the afternoon.

Who will be playing at the Young Artists Concert?

College, High School, and Middle School pianists from around the state and country attended the FPF Academy over the last week. They each prepare a concert level performance while at the academy and present their work at the Young Artists concert, while also presenting at the FPF competition! There are two Young Artist concerts during the week featuring academy students, this is the second one and will feature different students and pieces than were featured in the first concert.
