INSTRUCTOR: CHERI HORBACZ

Back by popular demand, the City of Flagstaff, with the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors and the Southwest Fair Housing Council, invites all housing advocates, social service agencies, tenants, housing providers, and more to join this training session to learn more about how Federal Fair Housing Laws affect today's world. What does Fair Housing Animal Discrimination look like? What documents can be asked for and when? Can you have a blanket ban on renting to felons? Do you know the difference between a service animal and a 'Qualified' Animal? Bring your questions. For certificates, each attendee must register. Be sure to arrive 10 minutes early to ensure materials and seating.

This course will also count for those needing (CE) continuing education credit*
