Inventing Race: The Construction of a New Country with Dr. Fernando Rodriguez-Miaja
Join Martin-Springer Institute and the Latin American Studies Program for an evening with Dr. Fernando Rodriguez-Miaja and a discussion of the Native Mexicans and Indigenous Peoples who became an important factor in the evolution from Colonial New Spain into an independent Mexican nation. Investigate the ways in which the social and cultural traditions of the these peoples have shaped political events over the centuries in Mexico.
