'Queer' Film Premiere

'Queer' Film Premiere

The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present the Northern Arizona premiere of “Queer”, showing Jan. 3-9 at the Alice Gill-Sheldon Theatre.

“Queer” features an all-star cast, including Daniel Craig, Drew Starkey, Lesley Manville and Jason Schwartzman.

In 1950s Mexico City, William Lee, an American ex-pat in his late forties, leads a solitary life amidst a small American community. However, the arrival in town of Eugene Allerton, a young student, stirs William into finally establishing a meaningful connection with someone.

“Queer” will be shown at Alice Gill-Sheldon Theatre Jan. 3-9. Showtimes will be Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, Jan. 3, 4, 5 and 6 at 6:30 p.m; and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 7, 8 and 9 at 3:30 p.m.

Tickets are $12 general admission, or $9 for Film Festival members. For tickets and more information, please call 928-282-1177. Both the theatre and film festival office are located at 2030 W. Hwy. 89A, in West Sedona. For more information, visit: www.SedonaFilmFestival.org.
