Verde Village Annual Meeting

Verde Village Annual Meeting

What has happened in the last year in the Verde Village and what could be happening next? Lots of big changes are in store for the Verde Village Community.
Yavapai County Supervisor Nikki Check has been invited to report on the potential County involvement in the Del Rio Pond and be available for questions.
Come to the Annual Meeting Saturday, March 7th at 1PM to find out what’s happening plus discover how you can make a difference in the future of the community and its properties. It will be held at the Verde Village Community Center, 4855 E Broken Saddle Dr, Cottonwood, AZ.
This meeting is open to anyone in the entire community who cares to find out, not only residents of the Verde Village or Verde Village Community Connection (VVCC) members. There will be reports on results of the VVCC annual survey, a “State of the Village” report, the VVCC Lion’s Club, and appreciation of volunteers.
In addition, as required by VVCC Bylaws, there will be an election for VVCC Board positions that are becoming vacant at this time since their two year term is up. If anyone is interested in an open position on the Board, they may email info@vvcc.life. VVCC Members of record as of February 28, 2025 will be able to vote for the candidates running for these positions. Anyone who desires to is eligible to become a VVCC member at $60 a year at vvcc.life/member/. This is no longer restricted to homeowners and renters that reside within the Verde Village units.
More information is available at vvcc.life/annual-meeting/ or by sending an email to info@vvcc.life
