World Labyrinth Day
World Labyrinth Day
Beth Sikora Peace and the Labyrinth Every year on the first Saturday in May, thousands of people around the globe participate in World Labyrinth Day as a moving meditation for world peace and celebration of the labyrinth experience. (worldlabyrinthday.org) Gather with others at the Casa's beautiful labyrinth, discover its prayerful purpose, and learn a simple way to use it for your life's journey. We'll focus on peace with an emphasis on healing in Ukraine. A brief 5-minute instruction will be provided and questions will be answered before we begin our walk with a prayer. We will close by reading Pope Francis' Prayer for Ukraine. Please meet at the labyrinth at 10 am; the facilitated walk will begin at 10:15 am. Individuals will wait for others by circling the labyrinth. No registration is required for this free event.
