Writing Contest for Youth

Do you enjoy writing short stories? Put your imagination to work and enter our annual writing contest for Prescott area youth in grades 6-8! Full contest guidelines and entry forms will be available beginning January 2. The submission deadline is January 31.  For more information, visit our website at www.prescottlibrary.info/jump-into-january or call the Youth Desk at 928.777.1537. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be awarded to winners in grades 6-8, with stories published on the library’s website. The writing contest is sponsored by the Teen Advisory Group (TAG), with funding from the Friends of the Prescott Public Library.
