KNAU 88.7 is restored to full power. APS cut power to our system atop Mormon Mountain to service another radio station's electricity meter and restored it early Monday morning.

Coronavirus Case Confirmed In Arizona

en.wikipedia.org

Health officials say a person has been diagnosed with the Coronavirus in Maricopa County.  There are no further details about the Arizona case but Phoenix media report the Arizona patient is a male and has ties to Arizona State University in Tempe.

That brings the total to five confirmed cases of Coronavirus in the United States. The other cases of the disease have been reported in California’s Orange County…one in Los Angeles County…another in Washington State…and the other in the Chicago area.

The virus can cause fever, coughing, wheezing and pneumonia. It is a member of the coronavirus family that's a close cousin to the deadly SARS and MERS viruses that have caused outbreaks in the past.
