Arizona Supreme Court To Consider Tuition Case

The Arizona Supreme Court will consider an appeal from the state attorney general of a dismissal of a lawsuit over tuition fees at the state's three public universities.

The high court on Tuesday agreed to hear Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s appeal.

Brnovich sued the Arizona Board of Regents in September 2017, saying a series of tuition spikes in recent years violated a state constitutional provision.
