President Trump Brings His 2020 Campaign To Arizona

whitehouse.gov

President Donald Trump will appear at a re-election campaign rally in Phoenix Wednesday evening. The president will speak to supporters at Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum at the state fair grounds.

He will fly aboard Air Force One into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and a motorcade will take him to the coliseum.  Some road closures and detours expected in that part of Phoenix later today.

The President is visiting Arizona as a part of his tour of western states this week including stops in Nevada and California.

Yesterday in California, President criticized Los Angeles and its political leadership for failing to curtail its homeless epidemic.

Trump said if Los Angeles doesn't “clean it up fast,” he will intervene.

President Trump has battled with California's Democratic leaders throughout his three years in office. He also has repeatedly lashed out at the mayors of Los Angeles and San Francisco as well as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who represents a San Francisco district, over the homeless issues in those cities.
