Yavapai College Release COVID-19 Return-To-Campus Plan

Yavapai College

Yavapai College has announced its plan to return to campus amid the coronavirus pandemic. The plan features five phases which the college can move forward or backward.

They range from mostly online classes, to some in-person classes for required hands-on learning, including labs. Those classes would have no more than ten students at a time. Increased safety protocols for all students, employees and visitors are effective immediately and include the wearing of masks in all Yavapai College buildings and vehicles with passengers, physical distancing and daily self-wellness and temperature checks. College officials say phase movement will be based on the status of local, state, and college community health.
