The Flagstaff Police Department is seeking information related to a missing man who posted a suicide note on social media Monday evening. Authorities say family members have attempted unsuccessfully to contact Scott Weeks, whose phone was last detected in Flagstaff but has since been deactivated. Weeks is 36 years old and 5-foot-11 at 145 pounds; he has brown hair and hazel eyes. Police requested those with information contact Martin Weeks at 928-814-8518.
