Congressional committee to examine Arizona election 'audit'

AP

A congressional committee is set to begin examining Arizona’s election audit review Thursday. The House Oversight and Reform Committee will hear from supporters and opponents of the controversial audit, including the chairman of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. The CEO of the company Cyber Ninjas, who led the audit effort, was asked to testify at the hearing, but declined. State senate leaders have confirmed Joe Biden’s win in Maricopa County in the 2020 presidential election, but have called for further review of election procedures. The hearing begins Thursday morning at 7 and will be broadcast on YouTube as well as on the committee’s webpage.
