KNAU has returned to full power on both News/Talk and Classical after APS restored electricity to our transmitter sites atop Devil's Head (Mt. Elden) and Mormon Mountain in the early evening of Wednesday, April 22.

Kaibab National Forest to begin issuing Christmas tree permits

The Kaibab National Forest will begin selling online Christmas tree permits this Thursday, with cutting scheduled to begin November 9th. Permits will be limited to one per household and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out. Up to 5 trees may be purchased on a single permit for $15 per tree. Fourth-grade students can get a free Christmas tree through the Every Kid Outdoors Program.
