Prescott's philharmonic orchestra recognized for excellence in art and culture

Prescott’s professional orchestra has been recognized for Excellence in Art and Culture by the Prescott Chamber of Commerce. The Arizona Philharmonic was honored for its community involvement, specifically for enabling concert attendance through the Art 4 All program. The orchestra provides tickets for seniors, children, veterans, and others who may not be able to afford them otherwise. Arizona Philharmonic was also recognized for educational outreach, collaborating with Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Prescott Unified School District to offer workshops on music composition for action movie themes.
