Authorities say a vehicle sought in an Amber Alert involving missing 3-year-old Tennessee boy Noah Clare has been spotted in western Arizona. He's been missing since Nov. 6, 2021.

Authorities say a vehicle sought in an Amber Alert involving missing 3-year-old Tennessee boy Noah Clare was spotted in western Arizona earlier this week. His father Jacob Clare was taken into custody.

Authorities say a missing 3-year-old boy from Tennessee and a 16-year-old girl from Kentucky were found safe in Southern California and the younger child’s father was arrested.

Orange County sheriff's deputies found Noah Clare and his cousin, Amber Clare, Thursday in Dana Point. Thirty-five-year-old Jacob Clare was taken into custody.

The car they were traveling in was allegedly seen in western Arizona near the California border earlier this week.

No charges were immediately announced. Authorities previously said that Jacob Clare was suspected of aggravated kidnapping and custodial interference.

Authorities say Noah Clare was reported missing on Nov. 6 in Gallatin, Tennessee. Officials issued an Endangered Child Alert for Noah on Nov. 9 and elevated it to an Amber Alert on Tuesday.

More information is expected at an afternoon news conference by law enforcement.
