The American Farm Bureau’s 36th annual survey shows the cost of Thanksgiving dinner is up 14% nationally, but just 5% in Arizona.
The report says turkey dinner for ten with all the trimmings will cost $49.62 for Arizonans, or about $4.96 per person.
The national average cost for a gathering of 10 is $53.31 or less than $6.00 per person. This is a $6.41 increase over last year.
The most expensive item on the table is the centerpiece turkey, at $23.99 for a 16-pound bird.
