Book Examines Tensions in Eisner-Era Disney

James Stewart's book Disney War describes chief executive Michael Eisner as a ruthless leader who repeatedly alienates those around him. Stewart says that Eisner has had many notable successes at Disney, but he has also made many costly mistakes.
