Robert Larkin
Classical Host/OperationsRobert Larkin began hanging around underground radio stations at an early age, and after a military stint that launched a healthcare technology management career, returned to radio and worked at several top stations in the New York area -- including rock and roll at WNEW-FM, news and sports at WNEW-AM, blues and jazz at WBGO, the nationally-syndicated sketch comedy “Hub City Spoke Repair,” and the pioneering rock alternative, WHTG-FM106.3. Now he’s enjoying that same variety of programming working the weekends here at Arizona Public Radio, KNAU.
Better known around town as “Bob,” he is active in our community, lending his voice to local service organizations and events, including The Literacy Center’s “Goodnight, Flagstaff” reading series.
