Dilkon District Court To Resume Essential Services On Navajo Nation

Navajo Nation

The Dilkon District Court on the Navajo Nation has resumed essential services amid the pandemic. All necessary hearings will be held by telephone or video conference as a matter of public and employee safety.

Filings made in-person or by fax are not available until further notice. Individuals with scheduled court hearings must call the court before the hearing to confirm it is taking place, and get instructions on how to call-in or appear by video chat.

If individuals have legal counsel, they are asked to communicate with them before calling the court. Individuals seeking applications for protection from domestic abuse and service of process may download the application at www.navajocourts.org.
