Noah talks with Jack Wardlaw, State Capital Bureau Chief for the Times-Picayune in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, about singer and former Louisiana Governor Jimmie Davis who has died at the age of 101. Davis wrote Louisiana's official state song You Are My Sunshine, and more than 300 other songs.
