In An Era Of Robots, Why Do Window Washers Still Climb Skyscrapers?

The window washers who spent a couple of hours clinging to their rig on the outside of the new World Trade Center in New York say it was a harrowing experience. Why didn't robots save them the trouble? Stephen Nessen, from member station WNYC, looks at why window washing is still almost always done by human hands.
