The number of people doing yoga for therapeutic reasons has been growing at an unprecedented rate. Studies are now validating what the ancients have known for thousands of years in terms of the effectiveness of yoga's power to heal the body and the mind. In fact, research suggests that yoga is effective not only in helping the body heal...it's also helping people navigate trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, sleep disorders, cancer, grief, and much more. Yoga also enables us to connect more deeply to ourselves and others and brings forth the best version of ourselves in every area of our lives.
