Friends of Flagstaff's Future's Community Speaker Series has a focus on bringing knowledgeable individuals to speak to residents in the lead up to Flagstaff citizens voting in May 2026 on the Regional Land Use Plan 2045. The City of Flagstaff's Land Use Plan 2045 incorporates new and innovative elements, tools, and strategies that can increase the livability, affordability, and resilience of our city as our community faces affordable housing and climate emergencies.
This speaker is knowledgeable about how cities throughout the country are working to address these concerns. This event will help educate the Flagstaff community about these strategies and how, with our help, they can help shape Flagstaff into a stronger and more responsive city.
