Desert Hills Presbyterian Church Hosts Seminar on Dementia

On Tuesday, October 8, Desert Hills Presbyterian Church (DHPC) will host an important seminar titled, “What is Dementia Anyway?” Presented by Walking Beside Ministry and led by Dr. Maribeth Gallagher, Director of Supportive Care for Hospice of the Valley’s Dementia Program, the seminar will provide education about the different types of dementia, its signs and stages, and how it differs from normal memory aging. The seminar will take place in the DHPC Fellowship Center, 34605 N. Tom Darlington Rd., Scottsdale, Ariz. 85266.
