Discover the fundamental science behind beer production, fermentation, and brewing microbiology.
Characterize common flavor profiles in beer with your fellow learners through beverage sensory best practices.
Engage in learning through a combination of interactive tastings, and online lectures, and group discussions.
Interact regularly and learn the science of brewing from multiple experienced brewing professionals and experts.
NOTE: You will be asked to submit proof of age over 21 upon registration to this course.
