Senior Book Club: My Friends

Senior Book Club: My Friends

Join us as we engage in a lively discussion about the book called My Friends by Fredrik Backman - a novel about a group of four teenagers who form a powerful bond during one summer, finding refuge from difficult home lives, and uncovering how their friendship inspires a famous painting that later comes into the possession of an aspiring artist named Louisa, who seeks to uncover the story behind it.

The book explores themes of friendship, art, and the unexpected ways lives are changed, blending humor with deep emotion as Louisa's journey reveals that happy endings aren't always what they seem.

We regularly meet every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 2:00pm at the Joe C. Montoya Community and Senior Center.

To request a reasonable accommodation for any type of disability, please call 928-213-2330. Three days prior notice is requested.
