Spring Yoga Series

Spring Yoga Series

This course will feature two yoga styles, and two different instructors. In each class, you'll enjoy a full hour of mindful movement and relaxation suitable for all experience levels.

Chair Yoga

Begin your journey with Chair Yoga, where traditional poses are adapted using a chair for enhanced stability and comfort - perfect for all mobility levels and beginners. Join instructor Liz Springborn as she guides you through seated and supported postures designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and promote relaxation. This accessible class provides a safe, welcoming environment where you can explore yoga's benefits while using a chair for balance and support throughout your practice.

Restorative Yoga

Next, you’ll flow into Restorative Yoga and discover inner peace through this gentle, restorative yoga practice designed to nurture both body and mind. Each session features calming breathing exercises, centering techniques, and carefully selected restorative poses to release tension and restore balance. Join instructor Tiffany Thomas for this rejuvenating class that concludes with guided self-reflection, leaving you refreshed and renewed.

Instructor Bios

Liz Springborn is a long-time Flagstaff resident and Australian native who combines her experience as a nurse and IT professional with her passion for yoga. Her personal journey with yoga began as a way to manage stress and embrace life's changes, leading to profound improvements in both flexibility and overall well-being. Drawing from her healthcare background and deep appreciation for fitness, Liz now specializes in chair yoga, making the transformative benefits of yoga accessible to everyone.

Tiffany Thomas discovered her passion for yoga while studying at Arizona State University. With over 25 years of practice and a dedicated focus for the past decade, she brings deep experience and authentic enthusiasm to every class. Tiffany's teaching style reflects her belief in yoga's transformative power, and she looks forward to sharing the peace and mindfulness she finds on the mat with each student.
